Shipping and Policies

Methods of shipments:


USPS 1st class, Priority, Express or UPS.
 Preamp tubes ship 1st class, power tubes ship priority, speakers ship USPS Priority mail for California residents and UPS ground for all other US states. 
Intenational orders are welcome and due require additional shipping fees to process order. Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Envelope and Small Flat-Rate Box, and First-Class Mail International are not available for items requiring an Export License under U.S. Law.

Payment Methods
 
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Pay Pal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders within the United States.
 
If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check. Credit Card payments are accepted for local customers. International payments can be done through PayPal or Western Union. No credit cards accepted for International payments.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.  

In general items are shipped the same business day if ordered by 12 pm Pacific standard time, most items are usually received in 3-4 business days. however sometimes it may take 7-10 business days for delivery. Orders made through USPS are not trackable and you will not receive a confirmation email. On orders over 3 pounds you should receive a confirmation email with tracking #.

All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee on all items in stock at the time of purchase. If item is not in stock & customer does not wish to special order the item there will be no canellation fee. If customer agrees to special order the item the order is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please email on stock availability before placing order at wholetonemusic@yahoo.com. The shipping prices on the site are for US customers, overseas customers should email for a quote before purchasing. Please note that shipping quotes are not exact and can change from the time of the quote to the processing of the order, due to fuel surcharges and other factors.  Only CA residents will be charged California sales tax. All other states are exempt from collection of California sales tax. For local customers we do allow pick up when an appointment is made.

Return Policy:
If item is defective in workmanship we will exchange it for a similar item. Tolex , Grill Cloth & piping are cut to order and no refunds are available for those items. Speakers that have had the lugs soldered, pickups, potentiometers, capacitors, resistors etc. that have been soldered are not returnable.  It is advisable to test products out with an ohmmeter before soldering. If the part is defective after taking a resistance measurement prior to soldering then it can be exchanged. If you have any question on testing procedures and equipment please email wholetonemusic@yahoo.com. Audio tubes will not be refunded if you do not follow proper installation procedures. If your amp needs to be re-biased before tube installation then it is absolutely necessary to have it done. If you are not sure then please take it to a qualified amp repair technician. All Audio tubes are warrantied for 30 days of the date of purchase and can be exchanged if defective in workmanship. It is the buyers responsiblity to pay for shipping the product back and we will cover return shipping.
